Anonymous sources familiar with the deal tell Boing Boing the actual figure is higher, comprised of a combination of cash and stock.
"This is the first time a domain of this propriety and notoriety has delved into the online social community market dominated by companies like MySpace.com," a company spokesperson told Boing Boing today. "The new service will offer classifieds, dating, chat, health information, and directories of resources, in addition to many other features." Link to press release.

Ladies...presenting the Feminal, the portable urinal for women. Because when nature calls and you're stuck in traffic or find yourselves miles from a rest stop during a road trip, well...you'd be out of luck if you didn't have the handy Feminal with you. Neat! I didn't know this could exist: Bettie Page comics. The site has five scans of covers with a very good resolution. These comics were realeased by Dark Horse comics in the 90's,but at the Dark Horses' site you are going to find another two publications: Bettie Page: Queen of Hearts TPB and Bettie Page: Queen of The Nile TPB. Take a look at the preview of Queen of Hearts, at this Bettie Page Ecomic epidode with aliens and the six "economic" episodes of Queen of the Nile. They have another Bettie' stuff like action figures (here, here and here) (via Hugo)
